You can therefore benefit from your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered on our website or it arrives damaged, return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it or refund it, within 14 days. after delivery. Please note, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

To return your purchase to us, 2 steps:

Simply send us an email with your order number.

Return the affected product with a copy of your invoice.

Remember to tell us your first and last name, address, telephone number and email address so that we can contact you if necessary. We recommend that you insure your package and opt for shipping with tracking and delivery against signature. Madam President declines all responsibility in the event of loss of your package.

We are sorry, we do not cover the return costs.

Your exchange or refund request will be processed as soon as possible.

Madam President does not reimburse purchases made from a reseller. Only products ordered on madamelapresidente.fr can be exchanged or refunded.

You were unable to collect your package at the relay point? Did you enter the wrong address? Do not panic !

If a package is returned to our premises, we offer to send your package again. Different reshipment options will be offered to you depending on the current rates.
If you have changed your mind, no problem!

Let our after-sales service team know. As soon as your package is returned, we will reimburse your order. Parcel return costs will be automatically deducted from this reimbursement according to the current rate.
