How to use rosemary for hair?

Rosemary-infused leave-in spray


To make your infused spray you will need : 1 bunch of fresh rosemary , 300 ml of distilled water , 1 spray/ spray

Rinse your rosemary then put the rosemary in a pan and pour in the distilled water. Then bring the preparation to the boil for around ten minutes then let your preparation cool for at least 30 minutes. Collect the infusion and pour it into your vaporizer .

Little extra: To spruce up your preparation and obtain an even more cleansing , anti-hair loss , anti-dandruff action, anti-itch and promoting growth , you can add 2 to 3 spoons of ourMon Thé Détox Bio tea to your preparation. Rosemary oily macerate


To make your rosemary oil , you will need :

> 1 bunch of fresh rosemary

> approximately 100 ml of oil of your choice:

  • olive oil, choose cold-pressed and organic oil to benefit from all the benefits!

  • sweet almond oil for example for straight hair

  • broccoli or nigella oil for the curly team ✨),


> 8 drops of rosemary essential oil ;

Tip: To keep it longer, don't hesitate to add a few drops of vitamin E (1 drop for 10ml of oil) or cosgar (0.6% of the weight of your total preparation)

Place the rosemary and oil in a clean, closed jar, making sure it is full.

Place the jar in your yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours to accelerate maceration. (Or on a hot radiator for 8 hours)

Then filter the macerate using gauze or a coffee filter.

It can be stored away from heat and light for 6 months.

All you have to do is apply the preparation to your scalp and massage for 3 to 5 minutes.

Ps: you can also use it in an oil bath before your shampoo which you can leave on for 15 minutes to 2 hours or even overnight for very dry hair.



Rosemary and Guérande salt scrub


Don't forget to pamper your skin too! And yes, rosemary not only has benefits for the hair , but also for the skin . So like an apprentice chemist, you will be able to concoct your own homemade scrub to have soft and smooth skin .

The benefits are numerous, dislodging impurities , eliminating dead cells , excess sebum but also to tighten pores and reduce imperfections . Everything we love to have beautiful skin . ?

To make your scrub you will need (2 to 3 uses):
– 5 tablespoons of coarse Guérande salt
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– a nice sprig of fresh rosemary
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice



Rosemary and lemon have cleansing properties, brown sugar is an excellent exfoliant , Guérande salt is rich in minerals , and olive oil is very nourishing .

Now for the DIY in just two small steps! Ideal for quick, lazy recipes. And yes because we want to take care of our skin but quickly and effectively #TeamOnVeutToutToutDeSuite :)

  1. First, in a blender, put the salt and sugar , then add the rosemary (remove the central part first) and mix finely.



  1. Then add the olive oil and lemon juice , mix well... And there you have it, it's already finished!
